Dance Night this Saturday at Yoga Shala

    Thanks everyone who danced on Saturday! Special thanks to Katie for the use of the Shala space. What a great floor to dance on! More special thanks to Sarah and Nicki for help with setup, and to everyone who helped afterwards. The energy was great - it felt really good to dance again!
